STORES EXPERIENCE

In a project for Macy’s Stores, I worked with the Macy’s enhancement design team to rethink the “find a store” design experience. The new experience features the ability to save a list of favorite stores, view associate profiles, events, and promotions. The design makes makes the stores page a personalized hub for customers to connect to their local Macy’s community. The famous Harold Square Macy’s is a unique, exciting and personalized shopping experience. The online Macy’s Stores page should be the same way.
