The Liveperson LiveEngage intelligent engagement platform is a product that enables businesses to engage with their customers through setting up chat, intelligent ads, and analytics on their site. I had the chance to work with the user experience team to help rethink and redesign the entire LiveEngage product. My role mostly focused on the design of the engagement creation screens.
